Our Objective

Our objective for the Cahernane House Hotel website was to create a platform that truly showcases the hotel as an elegant Manor House property, staying on-brand with a refined, immersive design. We prioritised high-quality images that capture the beauty and character of Cahernane while optimising these visuals to ensure fast load times for an exceptional user experience.

Balancing Visual Richness and Performance: We needed to incorporate a large number of images and videos to showcase Cahernane’s beauty while ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience. Building Customer Confidence in Security: Ensuring customers felt secure enough to book directly on the website required implementing advanced security features and reassuring messaging. Simplifying the Booking Process: Making the booking process smoother and more straightforward than booking through online travel agents, to encourage direct reservations. Staying True to the Brand: Creating a visually appealing, on-brand design that perfectly reflected the elegance of Cahernane House while maintaining a user-friendly experience.

The Process

Initial Meeting & Property Tour:

We began by meeting with the team at Cahernane House Hotel to understand their specific needs and goals. We also toured the property ourselves to gain a deeper understanding of its unique features and charm.
Site Layout & Sales Priorities: During the meeting, we discussed the best site layout to showcase Cahernane’s key selling points. We identified which aspects of the property were most important to highlight, ensuring that these elements were front and centre on the site.

Image & Video Collection & Optimisation:

We gathered a selection of high-quality images and videos that would best represent the hotel. These assets were then resized and optimised for SEO to ensure fast loading times and maximum visibility on search engines.

Content Creation:

We wrote compelling content throughout the site, emphasising the Best Rate Guarantee at every opportunity to encourage direct bookings and build trust with visitors.

User-Friendly Design:

To improve navigation, we created an easy-to-use drop-down menu and intuitive buttons, making it simple for guests to explore the site and quickly find the information they needed.

The Result

The new Cahernane House Hotel website is a faster, well-designed platform that enhances the user experience with easy navigation and a sleek, modern layout. The site is fully optimised, ranking highly on search engines, and showcases the hotel’s brand with stunning photography that does not compromise site performance. The guestrooms and dining experiences are clearly highlighted in the main menu, making it simple for guests to explore.
